Digigirlz events provide opportunities for girls in middle and high school to learn about careers in technology, talk to Microsoft employees and other industry professionals, and participate in hands-on computer workshops. Microsoft accepts participants on a first-come, first-serve basis. The company also works with schools that reach out to express interest in bringing a Digigirlz Day to their area. Here at eZCom Software, we take pride in having a diverse workforce and fostering an environment where women thrive. Our CEO, Carol Weidner, co-founded the company in 2000 and her leadership been an integral part of our consistent growth.
