As a member of WIT (Women in Technology), our company was honored to participate in Digigirlz Day on May 14th at the Microsoft offices in Iselin, New Jersey.
Digigirlz events provide opportunities for girls in middle and high school to learn about careers in technology, talk to Microsoft employees and other industry professionals, and participate in hands-on computer workshops.
Microsoft accepts participants on a first-come, first-serve basis. The company also works with schools that reach out to express interest in bringing a Digigirlz Day to their area.
